What Gift Can You Give This Holiday Season?
As we near the holiday seasons where gift giving becomes a norm and expectation, reflect on what type of gift you can give. Think about giving the young couple at the homeless shelter a restaurant gift card or free usage of your washer and dryer so they can look presentable at a job interview. Invite an international student to your home to share the holidays. Volunteer to collect money or gifts for those in need. Give a gift in exchange for a smile or a simple “thank you.”
