Archbishop Desmond Tutu Speaking About Sudan

It is important when looking at international issues to read perspectives of people who have greater understandings of the item in discussion. With that in mind, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, who is known for speaking out on human rights issues in Africa, recently spoke out against the in-humanities going on in Sudan.

In a special report, written by the archbishop, the dangers of forgetting the past and not using reconciliation to help build a future are explored. To read his special message – and appeal – to the people of Sudan, South Sudan, and the world, check out CNN’s website at: http://edition.cnn.com/2012/07/06/opinion/archbishop-tutu-south-sudan/index.html?hpt=hp_c1
